MENSTRUAL CYCLE COACHING

As a period coach I can help you to connect with, embrace and understand your cycle from as early as menarche, through your teen & early adult years, during pregnancy, whilst preparing for or undergoing IVF,  as you transition through perimenopause and into menopause and beyond. 

 

My work involves teaching you how the menstrual cycle works and why and how it makes you feel the way you feel. But mainly it involves listening to you and learning how you experience your own cycle so that together we can make sense of and work with these feelings and hormonal changes, no matter how gently or strongly they impact you.

Cycle coaching embraces the practices of cycle charting and menstrual cycle awareness to connect you deeply and firmly to yourself. Being connected to your shifting thoughts and feelings and understanding how the female hormones influence this, helps you to find patterns and rhythms, and allows you to work with these shifts rather than against them. 

 

In my work as a menstrual cycle coach, I draw on my broad knowledge base & incorporate many supportive health principles such as lifestyle, nutrition, self-care practices, stress management, exercise, ritual, and much more, to support hormone health and general wellbeing so that you can thrive, live in flow with your cycle, and get more out of life.

 

Coaching can be useful for developing strategies that help manage menstrual cycle discomforts like PMS, PMDD, PCOS, fatigue, exhaustion, irritability, anxiety, moodiness, libido issues, perimenopausal symptoms, heavy periods, and more. It can also help you navigate fertility issues, support you in pregnancy, and prepare you gently for motherhood and beyond.
